1.CNC auto cutting machine is a kind of equipment worked throught a PLC workbench to work with the cutting die to move together to make the cke cup paper material.Its working principle is that the serving motor drives the ball screw to drive the workbench to move according to the preset length,then coupled with the electric control and hydraulic control system,finally make the hydraulic cylinder reciprocating motion to ddrive the cutting die on the slider to push the one on the paper into the required shape and size,to make the cake cup into different size and shape.
2.Only to put the paper in manually,all over work is automatically finished by machine itself.And putting paper is done after the plate completely left the slider and in the working area.This machine is equipped with automatic protection system of electronic screen ,that during work if there is something falling into working area,machine will stop automatically.This can help to avoid accident and keep the safety.
3.Disposable point to the right position,CNC serve motor drivethe carriage to the right place,this help to improve the production efficiency,overcomes the
waste caused my manual visual positioning.
